Parking is available at your own expense, parking vouchers may be available for delegates ( TBC )
At the time of check in you will be required to place a credit card on file and may be required to pay a deposit. This is to cover any incidentals.It is your responsibility to pay for your accommodation. You will be asked to make payment upon check in/out from the hotel
Registration will be open from 7am
Please ensure Leishman Associates are aware of your dietary requirements well in advance. This enable us plenty of time to cater for your needs.
Guests with food allergies are required to identify themselves to the event floor supervisor upon arrival at the event.
Important Notice: Guests should appreciate that kitchens do produce a wide variety of food and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that foods prepared for the guests will be completely free of the offending ingredients. To the extent permitted by
law, we disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including personal injury) which may be suffered by any person as a result of any of the above ingredients being found in food at the Resort, even if that loss or damage is caused by any fault or negligence by us.
The members of the Conference Organising Committee and Leishman Associates accept no liability for personal accident or loss or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Neither do we accept liability for any equipment nor software brought to the conference by delegates, speakers, sponsors or any other party.
Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured. Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and do not wear a Conference name badge and advise Leishman Associates Staff if this does occur.
The Conference reserves the right to amend or alter any advertised details relating to dates, program and speakers if necessary, without notice, as a result of circumstances beyond their control. All attempts have been made to keep any changes to an absolute minimum.
